Exclusive Founding Level 1 VIP Payouts
You’ll become one of our first Founding Level 1 VIPs/Members and earn $0.50/month for each member referred by your referrals - for life. No other level or class of user will have this privilege.

It means, if you refer 5 people - and each of them refers 5 people too, then you’ll have 25 people on your Level 3 down. And you’ll potentially earn monthly commission payouts if and when those people upgrade to one of FlipMob’s paid memberships too.

So, think about people with thousands of followers on social media. If you refer even 1 of those people, you could potentially earn thousands in referral payouts indefinitely - without even affecting what they earn.
Lifetime Monthly Revenue Sharing Payouts
You’ll receive Monthly Payouts based on the percentage of Equity you own via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, etc.

There are 50M shares. Each BETA/VIP Membership receives 50 complimentary shares or .0001%. So, if FlipMob generates $1M per month, then you’d receive a monthly payout of $1/mo. That’s a 2.5X return per year.

In the beginning, we understand there may not be enough Revenue for payouts to be significant, so we’re creating an exclusive prize pool option.
Ownership/Equity Shares
Each $5 Membership will receive 50 complimentary, non-voting Shares of Equity in FlipMob LLC. Note: There are 50M Total Shares. And, you can purchase multiple memberships for yourself or friends and family. And, your shares can be passed down to your kids, family or a friend.

So, if FlipMob reaches a $1B valuation or is acquired for $1B, then your 50 shares would be worth $1,000

You’ll also receive digital & PDF Equity Certificates reflecting your non-voting Equity Shares, which will also be listed in your My Account area.

Later Rounds: Your purchase also reserves you the right to participate and purchase shares during our next open-round - equivalent to 100X the dollar amount you spend today. ie $500 per membership.
Zero Flipmob Listing fees + Lifetime Price-Lock
Listing and Success fees are basically a flat price to post a flipmob or Seller Listing + a commission percentage (ie. fee) that is deducted from any final sale amount for Flipmobs, Seller Listings, etc.

5% is the current fee, but you’ll never pay any success fees. Ever.

And you can post unlimited free flipmobs or listings per our Terms.

In addition, all current paid/premium features that are not currently part of this VIP/BETA Promotion will be price-locked forever, so you’ll never pay more than they are today.
Automatic Featured Listings
Featured Flipmobs and Listings are pinned to the tops of Categories pages and display above all other listings. In addition, they have an image (whereas regular listings do not).

All your Flipmobs and Listings will be automatically converted to Featured.
Highest Priority Buy-ins
Some FlipMobs will have higher potential returns than others, so members will likely rush to join them.

VIPs will receive priority access when joining any FlipMob (except Privately Listed ones) even if it’s full (as long as it’s not full with VIPs only). Non VIPs will simply be bumped based on last reserved (ie. made pledges).
First Priority to Discounted Merchandise
Some Flipmobs may involve buying and selling (ie. flipping) merchandise or services.

In these cases, VIP FlipMobbers will have first-priority to purchase those discounted items. And, in doing so, FlipMobbers who purchase new merchandise or items will receive bonus Loyalty Points.
Free Zelle, Venmo, Cash App & Paypal Loads + Cashouts
VIPs will receive free Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and Paypal loads and payouts. This makes it super fast and easy to get money into FlipMob that you might want to use for escrowing or joining FlipMobs, as well as instant to get your payouts too.
