FlipMob Founding VIPs will be the foundation

We are reserving 25% of the company for 250,000 VIPs and we expect that some will be more active than others.

Within this group though, we hope that we can create a special and exclusive FlipMob Limited Partner sub-group that works together to aggressively pursue and invest in more formal opportunities - from buying land to develop into homes (or condos) to investing in startups or anything else with a potential significant return (or savings, or achievement).

The goal is to always keep the buy-ins optional and low. So, our Members can have a real opportunity to put even a small amount of money to work in the same way that VCs do with larger amounts of capital.

We are also currently in talks with an established, small, VC/LP firm, backed by some very forward-thinking, equitable investors, including some who are very well known. They will serve as a Partner and co-investor to the FlipMob LP collective.

Their main initiative will be to help us identify seed-investment opportunities that could have extremely high-yield returns and fast, as well as helping us get seats at the table for various follow-on rounds for startups founded by more well-known entrepreneurs that could quickly become likely targets for major VCs, thus allowing us to participate in startups that could bring on quick and substantial capital, thus growing our stake fast.

The secondary goal will be to identify opportunities that VCs would be too stubborn or biased to touch that could yield high returns - that we could completely lock down. The VC model is ripe for competition. They consistently invest in unproven, questionable characters and thrive on a low-success percentage of hit a homerun every now and then to justify it all.

And, our final goal - is that each FlipMob Member will use this community, network and ecosystem as a tool to do whatever it is you need help or a quick assist with - even if it’s something as simple as taking advantage of a Buy-One-Get-One-Free deal for some expensive appliance, item or merchandise - or even something as simple as a BOGO deal on a Starbucks drink.
